UK - Europe and Worldwide Delivery

Delivery Times

UK - We aim to pack and ship items within 3 working days and delivery within 5 working days.

Europe - We aim to pack and ship items within 3 working days with delivery within 10 working days

USA and Worldwide - We aim to pack and ship items within 3 working days with delivery between 10 and 14 working days.

We aim to maintain enough stock to fulfil our aims above.  If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock we will create a back order and prioritise your order to be packed and shipped upon arrival of new stock or refund if preferred.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,  simply return within 30 days to the address below for either a switch or a full refund.
